Our family built this RV Park / Campground and opened for business July 1, 1999. We enjoy all of our customers and invite you to stay for a day or two or for years.

Good Sam Park. Extra Large Big Rig Sites, relaxing quiet location twelve miles from I-35 and worth the drive. Located on the edge of Waco, TX Daily, Weekly and Monthly Rates.

Horrible manager in the office! She was extremely rude and wanted $468 for a week to hold a spot when she quoted me $325 for a month!!! I offered the lady $100 to hold the spot for 6 days and she...

Trashy, scary, lady at front desk was swearing at a another coworker as we walked in the office. She was rude to my husband about a simple question. Would not recommend. Enter at your own risk!...

We traveled from Northern Ca to Waco then on from there. Had a hard time finding a place to stay for 2 nights due to Thanksgiving. Luckily there was a couple open spots here and we jumped on it....

Don't come here. Was quoted on the phone $15 for a full hook up site, but was charged $30 for a very run down site very far out of town with no amenities.
