I've had 3 pairs of trousers and one sports coat made here. Q is a made-to-measure shop, not true Bespoke. In other words, there are not multiple fittings like you would get on Saville Row. But...

The store is nice and the fabric swatches are good, but the final sportscoat was way off on measurements. I had to spend $250 at another tailor just to get the fit right. Their prices are too high...

Over twenty years of exceptional service. I only buy very few items each year and still I am made to feel as special as if I were their biggest customer. KT and his team are awesome. Highly recommend.

Took the shirts back to get fixed, and he did it perfectly. They fit great now. Great quality and great service.
