Staff - 10/10 very understanding, quick, polite, and provide all that you need! Environment - the pup room is very well taken care of but the adult dogs area wasn't as great the last time I went....

Amazing staff here!! I'd start naming staff, but I'm afraid I don't know all their names and I wouldn't want to leave anyone out :) These people go above and beyond for the pets and the humans...

Where do I start... first they post all these pictures of these puppies and you check them out with your child online and then when you called they have none available it's very sad they really...

PVAC reached out in need of help for these 2 pups. We drove these guys to Austin from this shelter. Facility was clean and organized. Although, we were here to rescue they had a variety of animals...
