rats everywhere with nothing in my unit that would have them around. front gate always open and no one ever at front desk. terrible customer experience using this facility

This storage unit is very overpriced and not only that.. is infested with rats. My storage belongings had rat urine and poop on the furniture. Never again

The service there sucks nobody's there. They wanna charge extra money even if you pay your money. Nobody's there to open the door to get you out. Nobody answers the phone. Heather is rude as fuck....
