HORRIBLE customer service, didn't help me at all. Asked if I needed anything else and before I could answer he immediately left the chat. Never used the unit and they said I couldn't get a refund....

0/5 Should Really be an option. Customer Service is only provided if everything goes smooth and THEY don't make any mistakes. If they make a mistake or you question ANYTHING they redefine rude....
