I have used this facility in the past - I've always found the staff to to courteous and the facility always clean and and the location has easy access to the highway.

30K of personal items stolen from my unit. Found my lock cut and another one put on. Motorcycle, mountain bike and thousands of dollars of Milwaukee tools all stolen. Unit left a complete mess....

Started off at $110/month then for no reason went to $180/month, now about to charge extra $50 for a lock!!!! Excuse me?! And can't ever get anyone to answer the phone or call you back! This I BS...
