Too expensive. I started off paying $95 per month (excluding $15 insurance) for a 10X15 unit, but in less than one year, I was already paying $168 per month, more than 75% increase! The same thing...

Public storage does a great job luring you into their unit but then constantly increases the price regardless of loyalty to their business from their customer. I had 4 units at 1 time paying them...
