we used this facility in Plano for 6 months to store our 2000 sq ft house during our relocation. it is safe w gated access and individual code, also coded elevator. carts were always available.

Amazing how this unit has gone up on price every 6 months! I just went to another Public Storage and rented the SAME size unit, climate controlled and it's only going to cost me $65 a month!...

Do not rent here. 2x we've driven car loads from another town and had to return them because we can't access due to both elevators broken. Wasted time and gas money. On moving day - the elevators...

Good prices but constantly raising rent. There are never any moving Carts available so bring your own. The doors come off track so easily then you can just push the door open. I wouldn't rent here...
