Great facility but having to buy their lock was a bit of a surprise and I could have used my own and foregone the $20. Samantha was very helpful in the move in process.

The staff is always pleasant and gave me accurate information. But 3 months ago PS notified me of a $15 a month rental increase . But now they have increased my rent by $11 per month. For what?

This is my first experience with renting a storage space and I would highly recommend you rent anywhere else but here. It would be better to throw your stuff away than to rent something from this...
