Do not rent from them. The properties are very poorly maintained. You'll be fee'd to death and they'll rip you off when it comes to returning your deposit. There are numerous reddit and fb pages...

So it took them every bit of 5 minutes to fix the roof to see if the bat issue would resolve on its own.. I haven't seen one since the men came out. He told me that I had a big whole in the roof....
