I began my healthcare journey with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, where my fascination with Botany emerged. Understanding how plants biologically impact the human body became my calling. After switching to a plant-based diet, I noticed immediate improvements in my health.I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and spent over five years in a critical care unit, which reinforced my belief that diet significantly influences health. A high intake of processed foods and red meats is linked to obesity and chronic diseases.I continued my education with a Master of Science in Nursing, focusing on Adult to Gerontology Acute Care, and became ANCC board certified.
