Dr. Garcia-Fraire was born to native El Pasoans and was raised here in El Paso. She graduated from University of Texas at El Paso with an honors degree in Microbiology. She then attended the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth for four years, at which time she earned her medical degree. Her medical residency training was then completed at Texas Tech in El Paso where she specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology. During her tenure she served as Chief Academic Resident. Now Board Certified!

This is not a good place to go to. They are very rude and unprofessional. An employee by the name of Keisha began arguing with me about an error she made.
