This office in Krum Tx doesn't even deserve one star, my packages are always lost, and they never get an answer as to where they are, terrible service, I don't know how it continues to work.

This post office is tiny, not t a whole lot to say about it, but I can say that mail gets out pretty quickly since it's a small town. Nothing bad to say about it and it has a convenient mail drop...

They NEVER answer their phone and no way to leave message!!!! I spent DAYS calling them to resolve a BIG problem and they DO NOT ANSWER it just rings and rings!
