Decent spot. No frills. No bathrooms or showers open. Gravel and mud. It was a place to park overnight with power and water. Period.

Quiet, clean, well provisioned, convenient to all of Waco, excellent WiFi, no TV noise, prompt professional response to any needs/concerns. Good AC, and lots of hot water. Nice herb garden...
