Bad service, they tell you that they no longer have much chicken available and that there is no side available as if they didn't want to take your order because then they say it takes 15 minutes

They NEVER have the grilled chicken. I've been told the machine isn't working. I've been told they are out. I have literally stopped 5x on Sundays over the last 6mo and they NEVER have it!! Sooo...
