New problem....their app now declines checks deposited electronically. Deposited in the exact same manner as all previous checks that were approved. My last 3 checks have been rejected.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!! I moved away and tried to close my account as they only have a few branches in north TX. I have seriously called dozens of times to get this closed out with no return...

One of the only banks around that can say that have no hidden fees on their Checking account! Always friendly and smiling faces and they even know my name! I LOVE my Bank, PointBank! :)
