Yay! I'm a fan. Not because they bought all my clothes or that they offered me hundreds of dollars for my clothes. They didn't. Most of what I wear is mature clothes and not teenagers clothing....

Customer service was very disappointing. Young ladies in the store were unkind and barely acknowledged me. This was my first time coming in to sell items. I brought my new and gently used clothes...

They're charging more for bags than I retailer is selling them new. They also store all of their bags on metal cables so that you can't walk off with them but they end up damaging all of the bags...

Compared to Uptown Cheapskate, this place has a lot of work to do. A lot of outdated and worn clothes. I was looking for leggings or summer tops and couldn't find anything

Would not recommend shopping or selling. Multiple associates had a very bad attitude and poor word choices. My buy took over an hour, I went to check out and it took over 15 minutes to check out...
