History

Naturally, my skills and palate have matured over the years. When I became a young bride, I tried my hand at many different recipes. Some came out great, while some sent rodents scurrying! I eventually found my culinary niche and started sharing my passion with others. I developed quite the following before I even realized it! And Plate & Palate was born! Serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex! I hope you'll let me share some of my food with you! I Cater for just about any occasion or event you can think of!
