Still no air-condition access to rooms where there are the massage chairs or hydro massage. Those rooms get hot if vents/air-condition broke back here. Employees here say it's broke. Machines...

inattentive staff, absentee management , unreliable equipment. you get what you pay for, and in today's economy a steaming pile costs $10 a month.
