Gotta keep going. I like the no intimidation feeling here. I don't feel like people are watching me or anything. Staff is willing to help when requested.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Facility and locker rooms are also very clean. It's usually pretty easy to get on machines treadmills and other aerobic workout equipment is all top-of-the-line.
