Tried to place an order online, app wasn't working, tried to call the store and no one was picking up.... Horrible

At first got the wrong order and had to argue for 10 minutes but brought back the correct pizza with an apology showing good customer service

Pizza was not totally baked. Big disappointment, had it delivered to our hotel room. Not able to send it back to be baked more.
