Employees aren't knowledgeable. It's a pity because their merchandise is fabulous! Pinto Ranch & Stallion boots would be wise to educate their employees on how to fit their boots.

The worst customer service! Would rate it lower if they would even respond. Their website will not accept gift cards!

The original skirt I ordered was not in stock and customer service was very attentive about letting me know and then helping me replace it with a different one.
