Excellent ceviche. This food truck's whole gimmick revolves around pineapples, so if you're allergic to this prickly fruit, you may want to steer clear. Pineapples help people get into that...

Orange chicken bowl was amazing! The sauce was delicious- and the zucchini was great. Would have liked more pineapple and chicken, but overall great.
