We've won several crawfish cook offs ( Big Ass Crawfish Bash, Boyds also won Yagas shrimp festival). With our win @ Big Ass Crawfish Bash we were invited to participate in the World Food Championships in Orange Beach Alabama, we took home the championship for seafood in this event. We've decided to try our hand at opening a food truck so that everyone can come enjoy our crawfish and seafood dishes. Come by and check us out, we do believe you will be impressed..

Gritty and flavorless. My husband and I tried to get past the lack luster flavor but couldn't as the crawfish seems to not be properly cleaned.
