At Pilates by Nona, we place an emphasis on catering to our clientele by creating a warm friendly, and welcoming environment and working closely with each BODY to achieve their individual fitness goals through a Classical Pilates approach. The Classical Method allows us to deliver superior results regardless of age, gender, or physical condition. Located in the heart of downtown Round Rock on Main Street right of South Mays with easy access to I-35 and Highway 79. Offerings include: privates, duets, mat, and barre group sessions. The studio is fully equipped with top quality, Peak Pilates spring-resistant exercise apparatus including: Reformers, Towers, Chairs, Barrels, Barre, and More.
