I got my baby's ears pierced, the guy was very professional and patience as she got upset. It went smoothly and she was mostly scared of the stranger not the piercing part. Good customer service.

Kim took care of me when I went to get my ears pierced. Great service by her. She was very helpful and pierced my ears painlessly. I highly recommend her.
