Such rude service & that is my number one pet peeve when it comes to people who deal in customer service!!! Oh my god I just don't get it & how there are no repercussions for such bad service!

I was forced to use this company. I'm not quite sure how they are still in business. It's an absolute scam and sums up everything that is wrong with health care. Terrible customer service....
