Phonatic, a Vietnamese restaurant chain with locations in Austin, Cedar Park, and Round Rock, was founded by Pat and Sara Lee in 2011. The Lees sought to fill a gap in the market by offering authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a modern and inviting setting, aiming to educate diners on the flavors of Vietnam.
Specializing in the national dish of Vietnam, pho, Phonatic caters to both pho enthusiasts and newcomers to Vietnamese cuisine. With a focus on serving real Vietnamese food to the masses, Phonatic has quickly become a go-to spot for those craving a taste of Vietnam in the heart of Texas.
