History

Philip Myers moved to Austin in 1985 to attend the University of Texas. After graduation with a degree in Economics, he briefly moved back to Houston, but soon decided, Austin is where he wanted to make his home. In 1998, with several partners, he opened his first restaurant and become an owner/operator for 12 years in the restaurant and bar business. He also managed for several years at the Four Seasons Hotel in the Food and Beverage department, sharpening his customer service skills. In 2009 he was blessed to have the opportunity to follow two lifelong friends into real estate. They were partners in a highly successful brokerage and they gave him the training, knowledge and support to grow his business quickly and professionally.
