Philip Ho, MD

Hareem Usmani, MD, earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2021 and completed her Internal Medicine residency at the UT Tyler Health Science Center in 2024. Inspired by her mother, who studied medicine in Pakistan, Dr. Usmani's passion for medicine was ignited at a young age. Her strong observational skills and a love for science solidified her ambition to pursue a career in medicine. Throughout college and medical school, Dr. Usmani found joy in combining her love for science with a passion for community service, leading her to specialize in Internal Medicine. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2024.

Kausar Ali Mukhi, MD, attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, earning her medical degree in 2018 with high honors. She remained at Baylor College of Medicine to complete her Integrated Plastic Surgery residency program in 2024. She performs both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery, including breast reconstruction and cosmetic augmentation, body contouring, facial surgery, Mohs reconstruction, and other procedures. Her ultimate goal is to help her patients achieve their goals in the best and safest way possible. For Dr. Mukhi, the most rewarding aspect of practicing medicine is hearing from patients about how they are doing after surgery. Dr. Mukhi joined Kelsey-Seybold's Plastic Surgery department in August 2024.

Evonne Yang, PA-C, earned her BS in Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas and her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Her journey into healthcare was inspired by childhood hands-on activities and a desire to help others, sparked by treating a family chicken's foot infection. Now at Kelsey-Seybold, she specializes in surgical PA work, focusing on restoring bodily functions and performing cosmetic procedures. Evonne joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2024.
