A little while ago, I wrote a review of Hyde's Country Store which is called "The Phalba Store" by all the locals. It's actually the same place. It's off Hwy 175 & exit left on Hwy 198....

Great fried catfish. Fresh and and pure white meat with excellent seasoning. They have catfish dinners every other Saturday. This is the Hyde Country Store.
