Caterings for all occasions our fajitas are marinated and grilled with mesquite, we use our own rub for the ribs and chicken which are also grilled with mesquite. The brisket is smoked with oak for 12 hours and is always juicy. We make our own BBQ sauce with a little bite to it and our hot sauce with a big bite
