Great experience grooming my finicky Shih Tzu. Lisa L the manager over grooming is amazing ! Such a great experience. She is absolutely the best at what she does! Highly recommend this location.

Quality of grooming and dismissive attitude of check in desk. Had appointment for 1:30 and told to wait outside because I was 10 minutes early.
