Avoid this location! Customer service is BAD. They wouldn't accept my return without a receipt when they could've easily looked up my order using my phone number. I told the lady multiple times...

Customer service was terrible, not really from the area and that's definitely the worst service from a cashier I've had . Glad I don't live in that area, the ones in deer park are much more kind.

I like PetSmart, but usually I visit the one near Webster. This PetSmart lacks a lot of items though the layout is the same for all stores. The new cashier here is bubbly. I don't know her...
