History

Petaluma Catering was established in 2010 as an adjunct business to our restaurant, Petaluma Cafe. We closed the restaurant in 2011 to focus strictly on the catering aspect of our business. Our Chef and owner, Gary Buehler, has over 30 years experience in fine dining, banquets, catering and food service. We are available for all types of events from box lunches to CEO dinner parties. Our past and present clients include some of the most prestigious clientele in the Metroplex. Specialties

Petaluma Catering specializes in pleasing the most discriminating palates. From the Boardroom to the Mail room, our team has developed menus and choices for all levels of service and cuisine. We can do formal plated dinners for 10 or fajitas for 1000.
