They are in a pretty busy location so the chaos comes with it. Even with the long line the cashiers were nice and polite. The pastries are HUGE! I didn't order but their chai latte was DELICIOUS!...

Peet's coffee always hits different! Went to the peet's at the DFW airport and it was great! Ppl who work there were fast and very friendly!!

They proudly display a sign that they are using paper straws. Get my iced Chai Latte. Find a seat and 20 mins later my straw is soaked and flopped over. What a stupid decision by the powers...
