Pecan Place offers FULLY furnished, stylish and inviting, large, 1000 sq. ft. apartments with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Daily, weekly or monthly, short-term rental that include ALL costs in the price, no surprises! Quality rest is super important, we've spent the money to buy higher quality beds and linens. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, along with 40 inch TVs in both bedrooms. The living room features a 50 inch TV, writing desk for those working while on the road, and a futon with a queen size mattress. Our kitchens are actually properly equipped and you'll find coffee, tea, and sugar waiting for you when you wake up as well as oil, spices etc. Each executive rental apartment also has full sized clothes washers and dryers, so laundry is easy; and free! Electricity, water, garbage and 400mbps Internet/WiFi are all included free of charge, as well as Netflix and ROKU. Each rental suite also includes two off-street parking spaces. Located in the heart of Old Manor, (just 1 block from City Hall,) it is within easy walking distance of everything that you need including Ethnic Food from around the World, the local pool hall, and of course amazing Texas BBQ.
