I can see clearly this is a good eyeglasses provider. But the elusive 5 star is a bit out of focus to me due to some mind-boggling delivery problems. There is a wonderful optician next door...

I had another great experience! Unlike last time I was in, you don't have to make an appointment to come in to pick out glasses. Also, no masks are needed (which is easier to pick out glasses)....
