Horrible company. I started using them for payroll 5 months ago from a book keeper. Immediately started having all kinds of payroll clerical problems. The payroll specialist made error after error...

Customer service is total crap. Trying to change things takes weeks. Call ins expect to wait 45 minutes to speak with anyone, and when you do, good luck reaching someone who knows what they are doing.
