There were many promises made to us at the Ft Worth facility before we moved our dad here. Staff during the week are great but patient attentiveness on the weekend is much less than desirable....

Marlin is great case manager , Marco in pt is awesome and stays consistently focused on issue. Al is best nurse. Dr Meredith highly respect ed and very smart. Jacqueline is amazing team leader....
