Sent a bill with $25 late fee two weeks after providing us a password . The cost of 30 seconds of providing the password was $63.90. Their creative billing is why we quit using them. Great work...

UPDATE: This company sent a bill for collections. The original invoice which they sent claimed they had worked 11.58 hours, more than 9 of which were done remote. We are now having to dispute this...
