We were looking for an RV Park to spend the Winter and happened across this Gem!!! We have been here several weeks now and we love it!! Easy access to Aransas Pass town and other locations nearby....

Looks are deceiving with this RV park, it smells like sewage. They charge extra to be next to the septic area! The park floods during normal rains. Mosquitos love the swampy grounds! The electric...

Wow, great place, lots of room on pads, 2 cars fit with even more room and big yards, rv's not on top of each other like many local rv parks. Gated park for security. Nice lake, 4 lb bass caught...

Great folks here. Very nice and very clean facilities. The park is well maintained, level concrete pads, concrete drive through the park. Excellent WiFi! Best I've ever used in a Rv resort....
