Always out of Parmesan cheese. I have been there three or four times and every time they say are out! Besides that, the pizza here is just average..... I've had better.

When I went to my local papa John's I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza but they gave me a thick crust sausage pizza please fix you employees

It's 50/50 on whether the order will be correct. Then if you call it's 50/50 whether you will be hung up on, apparently their phone system doesn't work and they are working on it. Then I am yet to...

Cant read an order to save their life. Light cheese does not mean extra cheese - every time. I'm not sure what the point of 'customizing' your pizza is when they do whatever they want to it.

Every time we have ordered from them it has been 30 to 60 minutes late. Typical Mt Pleasant service.
