Service was better today thankfully. However the manager must not be here, the music was way too loud, we sat as far from the speakers as possible and it was still between 69 and 74 decibels....

Employee said, "We're out of rice today." No fried rice. No white rice. I wont try again because if this place is that mismanaged then I don't trust what is being served.
