No wonder it has 2 stars. App ordered food is never done on time and they can't manage to include a fortune cookie in the order much less apologize for being 20 minutes late. Pathetic.

This is the third time they forgot to put in the teriyaki sauce. I would never rate any restaurant 1 star but this is enough
