I did not know what to expect from this place. It was in this massive plaza where I hadn't been in years. I was greeted nicely and taken to the table even though the whole party hadn't arrived....

I'll update this at a later date with more history on the Nikkei (Japanese living outside of Japan and Peru. Pacha Nikkei is pretty cool. The saltado de lomo with macaroni and cheese is fun....
