Walk in the Footsteps of Legends. Conveniently located just south of downtown Corpus Christi, Oso Beach Golf Course was designed in 1949 by John Bredemus, who was the co-founder of the Texas PGA and the Texas Open. Oso Beach was highly touted and became the venue for the “World Championship Four-Ball Match” featuring the golf dream team of Ben Hogan, Byron Nelson, Sam Snead, and Jimmy Demaret.

Staff was very friendly. Course wasn't in great condition. I just played it in February so it's not expected to be fantastic, but the grass was minimal. Greens were fine. No driving range was a...

Great local course greens and fairways are well kept especially in this south Texas heat. Staff is friendly great help, service and amenities. There break room serves great food and beverages.
