If I could give less than zero stars I would! I "try" to work from home. Optimum makes it nearly impossible. Today we have had 7 outages in my area & as soon as it comes up it goes out again....

Worst customer service in any industry. Took 40 minutes to cancel account, then they charged me a partial month even though I cancelled during my current billing cycle.
