Operation Overwatch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Service Dog training program based in Bandera, TX. Founded by Marine Corps veteran Kennelmaster Sgt Brice Cavanaugh, the organization offers a comprehensive training and treatment program for veterans, first responders, and individuals suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and impaired mobility. They rescue dogs from shelters across the United States and train them to become skilled Service Dogs, providing support and companionship to those in need.

With a focus on the bond between servicemen or servicewomen and their canine companions, Operation Overwatch tailors the training process to address the specific needs of each individual. Their program not only aims to improve the lives of the rescue dogs they train but also to empower veterans and first responders, helping them heal and regain a sense of purpose. Through their unique approach, Operation Overwatch is dedicated to making a positive impact on both ends of the leash.
