Operation Overwatch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Service Dog training program based in Bandera, TX. Founded by Marine Corps veteran Kennelmaster Sgt Brice Cavanaugh, the organization offers a comprehensive training and treatment program for veterans, first responders, and individuals suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and impaired mobility. Raised thousands of dollars, being promised the whole time that as soon as I had the money they'd get a dog within weeks. Got the full $10,000 (though they tried to say "didn't we agree on $12k?")...
