Established in the wake of Hurricane Harvey to support and help heal our beloved community.

Specialties

New students always get their first class free! We offer therapeutic Hatha Yoga classes that relieve pain, aches, and promote well-being. Yoga improves flexibility, strength, balance, body awareness, mental clarity and helps us live our lives full of compassion and mindfulness. Our classes focus on calm breathing techniques (pranayama) and yoga postures (asana) thoughtfully sequenced and instructed to meet the individual needs of our students.
